- Device Information: Data from which your device could be identified, for example IP address, device type and/or browser user agent.

- Personal Information: Your full name, date of birth, last 4 digits of your passport number and passport country.
- Fraud Prevention Information: Data used to help prevent fraud, such as a device trust score.

How We Use Your Personal Data
- Running of Our Services: We collect personal data that is needed to run our services, this may include personal data to improve our offered services, for internal purposes such as data analysis, or for troubleshooting. For example, if you access the profile of a user to check whether they're verified, we collect data on the account you visited and some information about your device.
- Proof of Personhood: We process personal data that is necessary to verify that an account belongs to a real person, this includes information from passports such as full name, date of birth, passport country, and the last 4 digits of the passport number. This data is processed through a third-party, a company registered in Sweden under the name Iris Development AB, their privacy policy is available at https://passportreader.app/privacy. We collect only a cryptographic hash of the full name and passport number, this means that after verification we do not store your full name or passport number directly. We never share this data with any third parties.
- Third-party linkage: We collect personal data about your third-party accounts, for example Bluesky DIDs. This is done to enable you to attach your verified human profile to a third-party account, and thus prove its authenticity.
- Communicate with You: In order to be able to respond to communications, reach out to you about new features, or provide other relevant information. In some cases, we may use your personal data to send important notices, such as changes to our policies.
- Security and Fraud Prevention: In order to protect individuals, employees and Only Human Hub for loss prevention and to prevent fraud. This may involve scanning of uploaded content for potentially illegal content, including child sexual exploitation material.
- Comply with Law: To comply with applicable law, for example to comply with a lawful governmental request, though not to be done when we believe that request to be an overreach of the government.
When Only Human Hub shares your information
We do not share your information with third-parties such as companies, organisations, or individuals. Do note however that we rely on third-party services to offer our services, so your use of those services will share that information with them. For example, we use a third-party service to scan passports, this means that service will process your passport information before we get it.We may disclose personal information when required to do so by law, such as to law enforcement agencies, regulators, or courts, or as permitted by law, such as when we sell or transfer business assets, enforce our contracts, protect our property or the rights, property or safety of others, or as needed for audits, compliance and corporate governance.
Children's Privacy
We do not aim for our services to be used directly by children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data about children under the age of 13. Some of our services may have a higher age restriction.Data Access and Control
